Set of Autolisp routines to duplicate a layer of the selected object or of a current layer. The program creates a new layer with the same properties as the layer of the selected object, then asks for a new name in the dialog window and makes the new layer current. In the dialog window, it pastes the old name in case the user wants, for example, to set a similar name but with a different suffix or prefix.
