Lattice Generator is a powerful Autodesk® Fusion® add-in that creates complex parametric lattice structures using mathematical distance fields and marching cubes algorithms. Generate lightweight, high-performance structures optimized for additive manufacturing, energy absorption, heat exchangers, aerospace components, and architectural applications.

• TPMS (Triply Periodic Minimal Surface): Gyroid, Radial Gyroid, Schwarz Diamond, Schwarz Primitive, Schoen IWP, Neovius

Per-Lattice Shape Control - An optional Shape options panel exposes the geometry that matters for each structure - re-entrant angle and leg/strut lengths for the auxetics, anisotropy for Spinodoid - with smart defaults, so you only adjust what you want and the inputs appear automatically for the lattices that have them

Variable Density - Create gradient structures with 2-10 control points defining smooth transitions in cell size and wall thickness along any axis or custom sketch line

Shape Conformity - Lattices automatically conform to your selected body's exact geometry, with automatic removal of disconnected fragments

Radial Patterns - Radial Gyroid wraps in cylindrical coordinates around world axes or custom sketch lines, perfect for tubes and pipes

TPMS Variants - Generate sheet (thin-walled) or solid (volume-filled) versions for different structural requirements

Flexible Control - Adjust cell size (0.1-1000mm), wall thickness, strut diameter, resolution, and custom origin/rotation offsets; save and load lattice definitions to reuse them

High Quality Output - Configurable marching cubes resolution (0.1-5mm) for smooth, print-ready mesh geometry, accelerated with vectorized numpy and a numba-compiled mesher
