What else should I know about this product?
This version of PassivLink is the first commercial version of the Add-in and it is available as a subscription.
How does the subscription work?
Users can pay the subscription using their Autodesk ID and Paypal account or credit card. The subscription will be activated until the users decide to finish it, which they can do by managing their subscriptions in their Paypal accounts or by contacting us to info@glaucoestudio.com.
What happens after the subscription expires?
The subscription will be active until users decide to actively finish it.
How does the app work after renewing the subscription?
The app will keep working as long as the subscription is kept active.

Are there any known issues with this product?
Issue nº 1: Groups must be ungrouped when there are multiple instances if we want the default values button to write the values on its elements. An alternative is writing them manually getting inside the group.
Issue nº 2: PassivLink doesn’t export data from external references. For big projects, you might need to use some time to prepare the project for exportation.
IMPORTANT: Both Revit and PHPP need to be open for PassivLink to work. If PHPP is not open, PassivLink will ask you to open it.
