Pipe to Polyline Tool:

Create a 3D polyline along the selected pipe network structures or pipe, using the top, center, or invert elevations of the pipes.
To create a 3D polyline from a pipe network, the user needs to select the starting and ending structure or pipe from the Pipe Network and then specify whether to consider the Top / Center / Invert of the Pipe Network for defining the pipe elevation.
On successful completion of the command, the message '3D Polyline successfully created. "will be shown on the command line.
