$6.99/month

Features

  • Batch creation of floors, walls, and ceilings for any number of rooms in a single operation.
  • Finish walls automatically joined to existing structure — door and window openings are preserved.
  • Finish walls created around columns and open wall edges.
  • Curtain walls and room separator lines are automatically ignored.
  • Advanced room filtering by name and number.
  • Override mode — update existing finishes without manual deletion.
  • Supports Metric and Imperial units with Revit-native formula input (e.g., 2000+500, 8'-2").
  • Warning indicator when the selected wall type exceeds 15 cm, preventing geometry overlap issues.
  • Can be used to create skirting boards by selecting a thin wall type at a low height.
  • Full rollback if the operation is cancelled mid-run.

Description

Auto Finishes automates the creation of room finish elements — floors, walls, and ceilings — across your entire project at once. Select the rooms you want, choose your finish types, set the heights, and the tool handles the rest in one batch operation.

Finish walls are joined to the existing structure automatically, so openings for doors and windows are cut correctly. The tool wraps finishes around columns and open edges, skips curtain walls and room separators, and works with both Metric and Imperial projects. A built-in thick wall warning helps you catch potential geometry issues before they happen.

Also works for skirting boards — just select a thin wall type and set a low wall height.
