Qbitec elevates your Revit workflow by offering seamless point cloud streaming, advanced visualization tools, and robust QA/QC features to manage and validate as-built data effortlessly.

Simplified Data Management: Import point clouds of any size from multiple vendors from your local hard drive or corporate network. There is no need to split data, reduce detail, and create local copies. The plugin supports a wide range of formats, including E57, ReCap, Riegl, Z+F, as well as Potree (1.7 and 2.0) and Entwine.
Seamless Streaming & NavVis Integration: Stream point clouds from the NavVis IVION platform directly into Revit without tedious export and data management. When working with NavVis IVION data, panoramic images are streamed directly from the IVION platform and displayed within Revit. You can also insert point cloud data from publicly accessible URLs.
Advanced QA/QC Validation: The Quality Analysis feature compares point cloud data with selected Revit® geometry and visualizes distances using Color maps. It supports flatness, deviation, tolerance, clash, and completeness checks, making it easy to spot discrepancies and validate as-built conditions. Results can be updated in real-time, and intensity blending makes point cloud details more visible when color maps are applied.
Better Quality in Less Time: Use our colored X-ray view to instantly see walls and features without manually defining cropping planes and losing detail. Take control of your views with Clipping Regions, allowing areas to be clipped or excluded using different geometries, supporting multiple regions per view, and saving/restoring configurations. Toggle the visibility of individual point clouds and assign custom uniform colors, blended with intensity.
Integrated Panoramas: Display panoramic images directly in the Revit 3D view and overlay them correctly on your model.
Geo-reference & Measure: Acquire shared coordinates from your geo-referenced point clouds to align correctly with your Revit model. The "Measure points" command enables placing reference point family symbols by selecting 3D coordinates directly from point clouds in any Revit view.
