KERFDraw it. Build it. Turn a floor-plan sketch into a complete kitchen: parametric cabinets, corners, towers and countertops, with cut lists, CNC-ready nesting, pricing and one-click finishes.
30-day free trial
Kerf turns Autodesk® Fusion® into a kitchen-cabinet factory. Draw your floor plan as simple sketch rectangles, click OK, and Kerf builds the entire kitchen as parametric solid models - then produces everything the workshop needs to cut, price and sell it.
DESIGN FROM THE FLOOR PLAN
Each sketch profile becomes one cabinet, sized and placed exactly where you drew it - tilted walls included. Annotate the drawing instead of filling forms: write text inside a rectangle to set its height, interior, door count or finish (720MM, 3 SHELF, 3D, SINK, DW...). Draw a construction line to split a cabinet into compartments, a triangle to mark a door, an L-shaped polygon for a true corner unit. Cabinet fronts orient automatically toward the room, corner cabinets are detected where runs meet, and countertops pour over each run in one continuous slab with sink and hob cutouts.
EVERY CABINET TYPE
Base and wall cabinets, blind and L-shape corner units, oven and microwave towers with ventilation channels, fridge surrounds with smart side panels, toekicks, lift-up overheads and drawer-over-door combos. Interiors: adjustable shelves with pin holes, wooden drawers, aluminum gola drawer systems. Doors: slab, Shaker 5-piece, routed MDF styles or aluminum-and-glass frames, with gola handle channels, Blum-pattern hinge bores, and full face-frame construction for the US market. Exposed plywood is skinned automatically with MDF end panels and bottom covers.
FROM MODEL TO WORKSHOP
Select the bodies and Kerf writes the cut list (CSV, mm or fractional inches) and nests every part onto sheet stock: a dense CNC layout or a table-saw-friendly breakdown with a numbered rip-and-crosscut sequence. Grain-locked materials never rotate, offcuts are consolidated, and each material, thickness and finish gets its own boards and sheet size. Printable extras: QR part labels, per-cabinet assembly sheets, a nest-map PDF per board, edge-banding lists and a per-supplier purchase order.
CNC READY
One click prepares Fusion Manufacture setups per sheet: cutout toolpaths on the waste side, hinge-cup pocketing, shelf-pin drilling, holding tabs or onion skin, and layered DXF export for any other CAM system.
PRICE IT AND PRESENT IT
Quote by detailed material yield (from a real nesting pass) plus hardware and labor, or by the trade's per-linear-metre model. Kerf writes a clean customer quote PDF and an internal costing sheet with waste and margin. Recolor the whole kitchen in one click with photo-extracted themes - separate finishes for base fronts, upper bands, tall units, glass-cabinet interiors and countertops - save your own themes, and let the Photo Shoot command walk the kitchen like a photographer, capturing composed, render-ready views automatically.
YOUR SHOP'S RULES
Every construction default - panel thicknesses, reveals, gola profile, door styles, sheet sizes, pricing - lives in an editable Shop Standard profile, so Kerf builds the way your workshop builds. Metric and imperial supported throughout.

Is there additional support information provided?
Support is provided by email: support@kerf360.com
Emails are answered within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Support covers installation, usage questions, and defect reports for the current version.
Reporting a problem: please include your Kerf version (shown in the App Store listing or PackageContents), your Fusion version and OS, a short description of what you did, and - if an error dialog appeared - the KERF-XXXXXXXX error code it displayed. The dialog's "copy details" button puts the full technical details on your clipboard; pasting them into the email speeds up diagnosis a lot. Kerf also writes a local log at Documents/Kerf_Logs/kerf.log that you can attach; it stays on your machine and is never uploaded automatically.
Feature requests and workflow questions are welcome at the same address.
