Digital Advisory Services by KEO program is grouped into 3 items, ASSESSMENT, IMPLEMENTATION and MANAGEMENT.
In the Assessment group, we look into the analysis of scope of work and Client needs, requirements and capabilities. Recommended actions and plan will answer the questions of how, what and when the BIM implementation requirements can be completed.
In the Implementation group, we look into the actual development of BIM requirements, standards, guidelines and best practices to be adopted according to the findings in the assessment phase or if already known.
